The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and orders.
You will be working closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
? Load and unload all inbound and outbound trailers - Signature required on outbound Bill of Lading (BOL) ? Use Company's yard mule to move unattended trailers around as required ? Proactively advise supervisor of forklift and yard mule maintenance issues ? Completion of weekly Forklift Inspection and checklist ? Responsible for ensuring yard checks and trailer temperature checks are complete and accurate ? Responsible for proper pallet handling, storage, and care ? Responsible for ensuring lines have proper product in order to run ? Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment ? Reporting to supervisor any issues with the shipping or receiving process ? Other duties as assigned Provided Training:

Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent ? At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative support.
? Strong communication and organizational skills.
? Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
? Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus.
