This position maintains high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensuring the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
The General Manager is responsible for administration, sales, profitability, staffing and training of the restaurant.
The GM will also oversee all Front of House and Back of House functions including coaching and developing restaurant managers for success in their respective departments.
Requirements:
Preference for those with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment.
Must be dependable, have open availability and the drive to succeed.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation.
Should be familiar with HACCP and all sanitation procedures Must be at least 18 years of age Average 55 hour work week Flexibility & Open Availability of Schedule Required Understand hours of operation - we work late nights Background Screening Required ServeSafe Certified What we offer:
