The House person is responsible for stripping linen, taking out the trash, and ensuring Room Attendants have the correct supplies during the day.
The house person may be responsible for assisting the housekeeping team by Cleaning guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
House persons are also responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
HOTEL, GUEST ROOMS, GUEST AND SERVICE CORRIDORS, HOUSEKEEPING OFFICE, AND ADMIN OFFICES.
JOB INVOLVES WORKING:
LIFT 25-50 LBS.
ON A REGULAR BASIS.
UNDER VARIABLE TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS (OR EXTREME HEAT OR COLD).
UNDER VARIABLE NOISE LEVELS.
OUTDOORS/INDOORS.
AROUND FUMES AND/OR ODOR HAZARDS.
AROUND DUST AND/OR MITE HAZARDS.
AROUND CHEMICALS.
AROUND BIO-HAZARDS.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS INTERNAL:
GENERAL MANAGER, AGM, EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER, ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER, FLOOR SUPERVISORS, FLOOR ATTENDANTS, LINEN/LAUNDRY STAFF, GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, ENGINEERING.
EXTERNAL:
HOTEL GUESTS/VISITORS.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
