Our Intake Specialist is the first impression to our clients, and the backbone of the success of Simpson Law Firm.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a positive, fast-paced environment who can prioritize and reprioritize as needed, who enjoys a challenge, loves learning new things, is comfortable with learning and working in new software programs, is extremely detail-oriented and organized, and has excellent communication skills.
This position is the front line of our practice and without it, there are no clients.
Our clients hear the smiles behind the voice on the phone and know that they are valued and will be taken care of by our firm.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering phones calls and emails Scheduling client appointments for our 5 attorneys Greeting clients, making coffee, escorting clients to conference rooms Taking written messages when staff is unavailable Responding to or forwarding client questions to the appropriate department Preparing client folders and maintaining client files Receiving, sorting, and scanning mail Cultivating friendly relationships Tracking intake data Coordinating with other staff members to ensure adequate phone coverage Running office errands and helping out with office events as needed.
You must be computer savvy and able to manage working with several different databases of information.
Proficiency with Word and Excel is expected; knowledge of Dropbox, Clio, Lawmatics or any legal case management software is a plus.
You must be comfortable learning other software programs.
This is a full-time, hourly position, Monday - Friday, 8:
00am-5:
00pm at our Fort Mill location.
Hourly pay is $17.
00/hour.
