We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant with Accounts Payable experience.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones Accounts Payable General administrative duties for all departments Process roughly 250 invoices weekly 3-Way Matching Proficient in MS Windows programs and other database software.
Requirements:
Previous Accounts Payable experience.
QuickBooks.
Excellent writing & communication skills.
