Interacting with real estate professionals is a critical part of business growth for HouseMaster and proper telephone support is a critical part of the job.
The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, personable, and presentable, and takes the initiative to implement a successful marketing campaign.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Admin / Client Care Coordinator provides administrative support to the owner including but not limited to professionally answering phones, creating agendas, marketing flyers and presentations etc.
and is responsible for promoting HouseMaster services to those who work with potential home buyers, including but not limited to:
Realtors Lenders Attorneys Other real estate service providers The main role of the Client Care Coordinator is to manage the flow of information coming in and going out of the company.
This person will maintain day to day operations, the continuity of information, book inspections, and help in-the-field inspectors with inspection related needs.
This person will creatively execute the elements of this job, always helping ensure the company is not just running smoothly, but ever more efficient, with a goal of automation and the creation of processes and protocols.
This person shall also identify marketing concepts and sponsorship opportunities within an established budget to maintain and further company's presence in the community.
This person shall also conduct follow up phone calls to customers and agents and establish relationship with referral sources by being a point of contact for the company.
The Client Care Coordinator will work with the local owner to create, implement and maintain an achievable marketing plan that will lead to growth in revenue, increased visibility and enhanced reputation.
Ensuring phone coverage during business hours Following existing HouseMaster script for telephone and personal contact with potential clients and referral partners Scheduling office talks Attending industry networking functions as needed Compiling and distributing marketing give-a-ways Booking home inspections Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Maintaining and interacting on all social media account platforms QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 2+years of experience in customer service or office management preferred Degree in Marketing or Sales (driven college student is acceptable) Proficient with computers and social media Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Effective, versatile, and action-oriented Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with business relations Valid driver's license Reliable transportation BENEFITS AND PERKS This W2 full time position will earn a base salary of $40,000, broken up over 26 pay periods.

Position is in person office hours located in Fort Mill SC.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
