Under direct supervision, provides support to end users for specific customer needs such as password resets, general support inquiries and other areas as needed.
May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.
Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
Recommends system modifications to reduce user problems.
Refers more complex problems to intermediate and or senior level Coordinators.
This position is staffed by beginners who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience.

Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience:
Six months of experience in client service field or equivalent work experience, required.
Additional skills required:
Good understanding of healthcare applications/software.
Effective communication skills.
The ability to organize tasks and resources, and coordinate activities with other customers/clients is essential.
Effective customer services skills.
Additional skills preferred:
Fundamental knowledge of hardware and software uses in IT.
