Analyst, Succession & Protection Consulting Do you have a passion for delivering innovative solutions and results for clients? The Succession & Protection Planning team delivers end-to-end legacy planning support for LPL's 21,000
advisors.
LPL's Business Solutions group is seeking an Analyst to help deliver seamless Succession & Protection Planning Support offerings.
Responsibilities:
Support succession/protection service offerings and maintain/create efficient processes Manage department email inbox with ability to accurately respond to inquiries in an efficient and timely manner Host discovery calls with advisors to answer basic succession planning questions, discuss the Succession Team's offerings, and escalate requests when appropriate Manage CRM to file and audit succession/continuity plans Manage succession planning project intake, scheduling, workflows, and billing to ensure milestones are completed on time and advisor expectations are met Leverage technology to automate manual work and simplify processes where feasible to create a highly scalable, flexible, and efficient infrastructure Interface with internal partners to address specific needs of advisors Present new ideas as we expand and iterate on our product offerings What are we looking for? Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (or a related discipline) preferred 2
years of wealth management, corporate finance, investment banking, or corporate development customer service preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize complex processes and communicate into digestible messages, ability to present complex topics in an engaging way with partners and clients Ability to execute strategies and track successful delivery Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions Preferences:
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and pivot as needed Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus Knowledge of financial concepts preferred Ability to work within a team, take the initiative, and show strong attention to detail Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment Pay Range:
$66,720-$100,080/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
