WHO YOU ARE Required qualifications At least 2 years of automotive repair experience Ability to work flexible work schedules to include Saturdays Willingness to progress within the Automotive Technician career path Possess own tools for use in shop Preferred qualifications 5 ASE certifications preferred Desired skills Drive for results - Has a bias for taking action; you work with a sense of urgency to find solutions to peoples' problems.
