The IIS product organization is expanding its product management team and currently hiring an analyst to join a team responsible for helping to drive LPL's advisor and internal-facing technology products, digital platforms and workflow capabilities.
This role must have a passion for helping our advisors, but a willingness to do what's needed across a variety of functions and products.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of our competitive landscape, understand the needs of both our advisors and LPL employees, and be comfortable driving outcomes across broad cross-functional teams.
Collaboration with our clients and internal business partners will be critical to ensure that these capabilities are delivered in a manner that delights our clients, maximizes our business objectives, and meets all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Product management responsibilities as part of product lifecycle management including technology development, operational readiness, and advisor support Assisting with data analysis, program metrics, updates and reporting Working closely with several internal partners throughout the company on cross-functional project execution, completing operational tasks and keeping all stakeholders informed Contributing to and maintaining a positive team culture that values high performance, collaboration, and transparency What are we looking for? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; project, advisor, or industry certification 3
years of experience in product, technology or sales management related roles within a financial services or related fintech firm Preferences:
Knowledge and understanding of financial planning technology, fintech, and/or financial planning preferred The ability to work in a cross-functional team, as well as willingness to jump in and support other teams or activities regardless of job description Core Competencies:
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and willingness to speak up, talk to advisors and stakeholders Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives Pay Range:
$63,920-$95,880/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
