IT Services Technician
An employer is seeking an IT Field Service Technician to sit in Bennettsville, SC.
This person will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 support management for the computers and network environments at the manufacturing, converting and distribution facilities.
This person will provide support for the IT-related infrastructure components (servers, thin clients, switches, virus updates, backups, etc.
) of the local process control production environments.
This person will also identify, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical related problems including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP Addressing, etc.
-Cisco Networking -Working in a manufacturing environment-5
years' of Technical Support experience-Experience working with MS Server software and hardware.
-Experience in the implementation of data connectivity for local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN) and storage area networks (SAN).
-Strong Networking background Recommended Skills Cisco Field Service Management Infrastructure Management Lan/Wan Local Area Networks Microsoft Servers Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
