Job Overview:
The IT Change Management Manager is a people, process, and transformational leader possessing advanced IT Change Management practice experience in alignment with best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, and ServiceNow.
This person has a proven track record in advancing IT Change Management oversight and risk management in the cloud ecosystem, interfacing with AWS tooling, and implementing automated change functions leveraging CI/CD pipeline.
The IT Change Management Manager has advanced experience using ServiceNow to evaluate and mitigate potential impact, risk, and CI change collisions.
Responsibilities:
Govern IT Change Management Policies & Standards Develop, maintain, and communicate Change Management Critical Success Factors (CSF's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Partner with application development, infrastructure & operations, release management, DevOps, Cloud teams, and other key stakeholders to modernize and optimize Change Management Practices Lead efforts to increase standard change usage, create change models and use automated checks, testing, and deployment to optimize change management functions Coach & guide direct reports on change management best practices and standards Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance Collaborate and partner with ServiceNow Product Manager to modernize and optimize the ServiceNow Change Management application What are we looking for? Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Process Improvement, Computer Science, or a similar field of study 5
years of IT Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.
) 5
years of ServiceNow 3
years of SOC2, SOX and other regulatory entities 7
years of leading small to medium size teams Core Competencies:
Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to partner effectively and execute Flexible, driven, and results-oriented Preferences:
Advanced understanding of ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management Advanced experience in Change Conflict Detection Advanced experience in automated Change Management processes Pay Range:
$120,640-$180,960/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
