Responsibilities:
- Packing customer contents in residential setting, must have good customer service Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls - Microsoft Office, Excel, communication with clients - Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team - Coordinate and schedule appointments - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports - Maintain warehouse inventory, - Inspect furniture, repackage and record in inventory management system - Assist with quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of warehouse inventory Skills:
- Quality control - Order fulfillment - Picking and packing - Microsoft Office, Excel - Inventory management - Distribution center operations - Materials handling/Inspections Note:
