Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
o Take the lead in migrating legacy applications to Salesforce, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition.
o Assist with deployments and oversee the move-over process, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
o Provide expertise in Salesforce administration, customization, and optimization.
o Leads initiatives to monitor and improve the reliability, stability, and performance of the systems with focus on end user experience and availability.
Proactively catch and remediate potential issues to avoid end user impact.
o Work closely with team members and stakeholders to identify comprehensive service level indicators and service level objectives.
o Respond to major incidents and demonstrates the skills to identify and solve issues quickly to avoid financial losses.
Participate in root cause analysis and identify process to remediate future outages by providing interim or permanent fix.
Work on improving monitoring/alerting to proactively catch known issues.
o Manage day to day incidents, including daily health checks, work closely with team and business partners to provide resolution and conduct follow ups.
Escalates problems to appropriate teams as necessary.
o Create and maintain knowledge documents and shares knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
Education &
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant engineering field.
o 5 - 7 plus years of relevant, hands-on sales cloud experience.
o Proven experience as a Salesforce administrator with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities.
o Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and experience in customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
o Understanding of industry standard system architecture and system management tools.
o Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycle environments.
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
o Salesforce administrator certification strongly preferred.
o Preferred experience in building monitoring and alerting dashboards using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.
and other site reliability best practices concepts.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
