Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute annual internal communication plan for subregion U.S. & Canada
  • Passionate about engaging with internal stakeholders and have the ability to work independently with guidance
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication across the company and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather information and insights to create compelling content
  • Create and produce high-quality written content adhering to AP Style guidelines. Post content to Schaeffler s intranet and other internal communication channels ensuring content is relevant and timely
  • Assist in creating internal communication campaigns, content and materials, including blog posts, memos, newsletters, digital content, magazines, presentations, and videos. Edit and refine various types of communication materials for clarity, consistency and effectiveness
  • Monitor feedback channels to gather input from employees and gauge effectiveness of internal communication content and channels
  • Support corporate branding and marketing initiatives as needed and uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging across all internal communication channels
  • Support site branding initiatives, liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors by building and maintaining positive relationships

Your Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor s degree in communication, marketing, journalism or comparable studies
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communicator (written and oral) and proficient writer with knowledge of AP Style guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint)
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys collaborating with a team
  • Corporate communications and marketing experience
  • Experience working with and presenting to stakeholders as well as supporting internal events
  • Detail oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
  • Experience in working with external service providers (including agencies)
