Existing Customers, Obtains Orders, and Establishes new Accounts - by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. - Opens and Maintains Customers' Account Information - by recording and updating account information into the
computer
system. - Resolves Customers Complaints - by investigating problems; developing solutions; and making recommendations to management. - Maintains Company, Professional and Technical Knowledge - by understanding and continuing to enhance their knowledge of the company and the industry, products, and applications. - Contributes to Team Effort - by striving for excellence in quality by following applicable procedures and work instructions. Displaying positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively. Performing other related duties as requested.
