is responsible for the continued development and expansion of principal strategies for the International Sales and Service department of DTNA. The International Strategy and Projects Analyst is the main liaison with outside departments and acts as the bridge between International Sales and both internal and external organizations. Tasks will include performing strategic assessments, analyses and recommendations in the areas of product strategy, market and sales strategy, and network strategy (i.e. current and future market positioning and requirements, new market opportunities and risks, product offerings, identifying strategic goals/KPIs, etc). The purpose will be to ensure the continued profitability of DTNA International Sales operations as well as the mid to long-term growth and viability of DTNA?s presence in international markets. A key focus will be the integration of International Sales products with that of DTNA domestic products. Analyze the current international product portfolio, future product needs and market trends, and means to take advantage of economies of scale in new & existing markets with similar product requirements, regulations, and/or emissions standards. Work with the DTNA International Sales product
manager
to assess how to best use allocated engineering budgets to integrate the International Sales product portfolio with DTNA?s domestic product portfolio. Perform financial analyses to determine how to best position International Sales in key markets, working with Sales Managers to forecast future market volumes, market share targets, and breakdown of total forecasted units sold by model, to identify optimal product offering. Manage all strategic initiatives and projects (DT#1, R2L) working with International Sales colleagues to gather and calculate required information, input and monitor the data in relevant software systems, and represent DTNA International Sales in strategy discussions.Develop the concept, organize and facilitate the semi-annual International Sales Directors Meeting with sales heads from 5 regions. Manage and ensure the completion of all resulting action items.Assess department needs and deficiencies, working with the International
sales director
to address and resolve issues and opportunities that arise (organizational structure, team composition, management styles, communication cascades)Prepare and deliver high level strategy presentations to an
executive
audience. 15% travel will be required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years' experience OR Associates degree with 4 years' experience OR 8 years of Daimler experience required. 1 year of group leader, project lead, or mentoring experience required.Masters degree preferred. Formal education in international business and international work experience is strongly desired. The ability to identify issues quickly, communicate them effectively and work in a cross-functional environment is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through large sources of information ranging multiple topics necessary.A self-starter who shows great initiative and personal oversight of their work and responsibilities required.Research skills and the ability to seek out the necessary information, from reliable sources, for a given analysis or study is required. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint required. Foreign language fluency and the proven ability to function in an international environment strongly desired. Thorough understanding of free trade agreements and international treaties desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
