This position is the entry level field sales position that is designed to provide support to Continental''s sales managers and dealers. The initial assignment will involve a training program designed to provide candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the Sales operations. The training program will include a rotation within the Insides Sales/Buyline Department, traveling with current field sales people, outside industry training classes, manufacturing exposure, customer service and warranty center exposure and other potential assignments within the Continental organization. Upon successful completion of the training assignment, candidates will be relocated within the United States to perform the duties described below:
Assist sales managers with solicitation of dealers and major Commercial/Passenger & Light Truck accounts controlled by dealers within geographic areas of responsibility.
Make direct end user calls to customers in an assigned geographic market area.
Prepare analysis on customer and market conditions for assigned geographic market areas.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned including: Participate in preparing and organizing on site promotions for dealers, prepare reports and maintain files and records. Bachelor''s Degree required, preferably in Marketing or Sales
Must be open to relocation
