The Cashier operates the computerized register system and helps safeguard company assets. He or she greets each customer and completes their checkout in an efficient and friendly manner to help ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Processing incoming orders (phone, walk-in, on-line orders), Cashing out all orders, restocking floor and front counter inventory, expedite all take-out and dine-in orders (take food to tables), clear tables and pickup dining room floor, dessert preparation.
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (or is a current student in good academic standing), previous experience handling money, and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management and math skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
