Our Default Servicing team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.
Functioning as the leader of the Bankruptcy Operational Readiness/Change Management Team, the Implementation Manager:
- Directs a team of Bankruptcy subject matter experts in the successful support, analysis, and problem resolution for default servicing applications.
- Works with a cross-functional and cross-organizational team of business analysts, operations partners, and project managers to process and manage system support updates as needed and to identify and help resolve system issues.
- Assists and/or determines size, scope, impacts, risk, and strategy for changes and work requests that pass through this team.
- Provide requirements, tools, direction and oversight to business units requesting general update and maintenance to ensure standards are met - It is preferred that the candidate have fundamental business knowledge of Servicing and its systems, preferably in the Bankruptcy Servicing area.
- Focuses heavily on upfront execution of process and controls of tasks assigned to this team, as well as the implementation of preventive and detective controls to identified problems and defects.
- Ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand business needs and translates those into actionable steps while ensuring the right solution and risk have been identified and mitigated.
- Additionally, role and team should understand how requested update and change will affect each impacted application or an overall project.
Basic Qualifications

years implementation or business process, with 2
years leadership experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7
years experience in a broad variety of disciplines, to include support, business analysis, project management, reporting, and business process experience.
- 3
years mortgage servicing experience, preferably in Default Servicing.
- Experience leading a team with a diverse set of functions.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and data mining skills.
- Effective communication skills with project sponsors, as well as champion change leadership initiatives.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop partnerships with key business partners and vendors.
- Ability to communicate with both technology and operational groups.
- Proactively manage risk by anticipating, identifying, analyzing, and minimizing risks over the course of their projects.
- Ability to travel as needed.
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills
- Proven leadership, relationship building and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders, corporate groups and project teams, including senior and executive management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to implementation and support.
- Exposure to Bankruptcy risk policies and practices.
- Knowledge of Bankruptcy technology systems: (LPS/MSP/Desktop).
- Understanding of Bankruptcy Change control process.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
