Job Functions - Research, compile, analyze, prepare, and recommend courses of action based on the financial impact to TBB of dealer programs to mid-sized fleets. Grow dealer sales to medium sized fleets through local dealers. Interact daily with all levels of customer management: procurement, sales, and operations. Coordinate development and usage of fleet financing programs with Daimler Truck Financial. Coordinate the development of annual strategic playbook for each account with all key departments in the dealership and inside TBB. Coordinate large bid pricing exercises between dealers and TBB departments to ensure accuracy in pricing matrix and vehicle quotes. Prepare transaction worksheets with pricing recommendations for TBB and DTNA management as required for RFP opportunities. Provide technical sales, service, warranty, or business management expertise to help dealers to resolve difficult situations or conditions. Liaise and share information with TBB corporate staff to maximize account profitability and penetration. Work closely with the field service organization, scheduling, product planning, engineering, and operations to assure customer is content with TBB. Work closely with DTNA parts organization to assure customer satisfaction and total cost of ownership objectives are achieved. Facilitate activities with TBB and FCCC Engineering, Product Planning, PDI Center, and Operations to ensure new products/options are designed and built to meet the account?s needs. Provide on-going feedback to respective departments to ensure highest level of quality at delivery and after delivery to meet total cost of ownership objectives. Work closely with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure orders are scheduled to meet on time delivery, revenue recognition requirements, and prompt payment. Advise accounts on new technologies that may enhance their market position or profitability. In conjunction with Logistics, plan and manage annual, monthly, and weekly production allocation volumes. Provide leadership to employees from other departments to encourage teamwork and collaboration. Manage and/or conduct special events (New Product Introductions, Quarterly Business Reviews, Engineering Meetings, Marketing Events, etc.) between dealer, account and TBB. Develop, monitor, and manage a balanced customer scorecard to monitor and provide feedback to TBB executives based on mutually agreed upon key performance indicators and metrics. Basic Qualifications - BS/BA Required (in Business, Engineering, or similar field). 6 yers of related experience including 2 years of group leader / supervisory / project lead experience required. Additional Information - Final candidate must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
