Role will lead the tactical application of commission programs through the execution of complex analytics processes, policies, and reporting related to Sales compensation and how each applies to the individual sales rep. Partner with sales support on commission related questions/resolutions based on job specific compensation programs. Position will require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as well as a strong working relationship with field personnel. The position will include conducting regular reviews of commissioning trends with multiple levels of field management and general commission plan support. This position will include:
Provide in-depth analysis and clear explanation of multiple sales representative commission plans in line with Sunbelt's commission programs and policies for a predefined division of the company
Partner with senior field management to analyze commission plan results
Drive sales representative effectiveness by maintaining and supporting KPI reports measuring sales performance and appropriate sales coverage
Manage and assist with development of business intelligence reporting
Partner with senior field management to assist with efficient onboarding of new sales representatives
Work independently to build and maintain extensive database queries and fulfill complex data extraction requests
Develop and maintain inter departmental relationships to achieve company objectives
Develop database models and maintenance tools to improve efficiencies and assist with commission related decision making tied to field performance and staffing levels
Provide ongoing assistance and continuous improvement of Sales Analytics Support mailbox and phone support communications related to commissions
Create monthly/quarterly goal development and reporting
Support the development and use of Sunbelt's CRM initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
BS/ BA in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related major
Minimum of two years experience_ in a related field preferred_
Microsoft SQL, Access, and Excel experience required as well as understanding of other core Microsoft Office Programs
Relational database knowledge and understanding is critical

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
