Purpose:
The Pump and Power Project Manager - Load Banks will execute high level projects critical to our long term growth strategy. This person will own these projects 100% and utilize all available resources including department heads, support personnel and field personnel. The successful Project Manager will manage the specific projects from concept to implementation for Large Project, Fleet/Vendor Management, Training and Marketing for Load Bank and Power Generation product lines.
Large Project support
Walking Project sites and providing consultative services
Assist in creating new Proposal format and protocol
Joint Sales calls with Bruce
Partner with Sales team to track Project and compliance to provide pipeline forecast
Engineer and design large electrical projects
Fleet/ Vendor Scope
Competitor analysis for fleet, specifically load banks, power distribution and temp control equipment
Partner with fleet and product support team for new product research, Re-rent vendor setups as well as National vendor setup for fueling and 3rd party technicians
Current fleet evaluation, D-Rate studies, shipment cases, jumpers for load-banks and age
Provide support for Order Fulfillment, Product storage and transportation containment
Training
Create a training program for load-bank products for techs and sales
Create and train on service documents & checkout protocol
Create certification and training requirements for tech's and sales
Marketing
Attend and Present at Trade shows
Create Marketing plans for new market segments and turnkey services
4 Year Degree is preferred
Valid Drivers license
Pump and Power Experience a plus
Some travel will be required - approximately 10-12 nights per month
