Process inbound customer calls for the US and Spanish Speaking Canadian Customers. Must meet the departments' phone objectives. Conduct outbound calls daily to dealers and consumers to ensure effective warranty processes.
Represent CTNA as first point of contact for consumers and dealers to resolve tire warranties and non warranty issues including sales and marketing campaigns. Work with Dealers from point of adjustment to selling product, order entry & timely shipping. Work with product service engineers, logistics, warehousing, credit, field sales to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. Represent CTNA when responding to inquiries submitted to the CTNA global website using accepted business language.
1. Process inbound customer calls for the US and Canada. Must meet the department s' phone objectives. Conduct outbound calls daily to dealers and consumers to ensure effective warranty processes
2. Process and manage customer orders via phone requests from order creation to customer invoicing. This includes order entry, stock location, and delivery note creation. Process customer requests for inventory needs and return goods. Collaborate with logistics, warehouses, credit department, inside sales and peers to ensure that process and procedures are being utilized to achieve an effective level of customer service. Promote sales by offering substitutions to the customer when a tire is discontinued. Promoting Conti and General Tires sales by aiding the customer in decision making on the choice of tires for their vehicle by educating the customer on the features and benefits of our different products. Educate the consumer how they can find our product information on our website, along with finding product reviews on the Tire Rack website. Promote sales with our dealers by calling and setting up appointments for our consumers for tire inspections along with soliciting them for the tire sale.
3. Must be knowledgeable with PLT current and prior OE and Replacement warranties. Make policy decisions which are outside of the warranties and negotiate these in a timely, cost effective and mutually satisfactory concession with the dealers and consumers. Establish and maintain a working relationship with our Tire Dealers and New Vehicle Dealers by explaining, educating and informing them on all elements of Conti and General Brand OE and Replacement tire warranties. Become knowledgeable and proficient about external customers procedures and warranties in order to negotiate and resolve inquiries with customers and dealers regarding both warranty and non warranty issues. (E.g. General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, Porsche, Sears, Discount Tire, Wholesalers, and Tire Dealers, etc.)
4. Represent CTNA to the consumer in aiding the Marketing Department with on- going marketing campaigns in the areas of data entry, in bound calls and emails as well as escalated consumer complaints regarding the campaigns.
5. Propose answers to seed Self-Help Knowledge base within Customer Care URL.
6. Assist in other duties such as representing CTNA when handling the entire process for tire recalls. Bachelor''s degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
