This position is for the Novant Health Community Connect program.
Job
Summary:
The employee's number one job responsibility is to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, and understand how he or she contributes to the health system's vision of achieving that commitment to patients and families.
Manages an application group or section through all phases of system analysis, implementation, development, maintenance and support. Controls expenses to meet budget goals and monitors project plans to achieve project objectives. Champions the project.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree required. Related BS degree or general BS degree required.
Experience
: Minimum two years demonstrated management or supervisory experience required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
PMP certification preferred.
Additional skills required:
Ability to lead meetings. Prioritize multiple responsibilities. Conflict resolution skills. Manage project plans. Maintain/manage issues logs.
Additional skills preferred:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Work Schedule
Full time, exempt
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
