Change Manager
Our client is looking for a Change Manager and process improvement expert. This candidate needs to have manufacturing experience (chemicals, steel, paper) with plant experience being a huge plus. This candidate must also be comfortable with traveling up to 75% of the time.
Must Haves:
o 5 Years' experience supporting/implementing Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles required in a Manufacturing Environment.
o Proven ability to facilitate groups to change by influencing others and supporting teams of a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds to achieve significant results.
o Executing key Continuous Improvement activities as part of daily management routines, including tasks such as:
Conducting a value stream analyses process
Facilitation of Action Item Plans, RACI Analysis, and time study
Conducting cycle time analyses
Creating and implementing standard work
Teaching/coaching front-line operators and leaders to do all the above
o Must possess strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences at the site level.
o Must be viewed credibly as either an informal leader or a positive influencer of change
o Must be a self-motivated learner
o Must possess a strong work ethic
oAbility to mentor team members and facilitate change from a position of influence
o Ability to energize and motivate teams
Ability to recognize conflict and take appropriate action within scope of the role
o Ability to write reports, general business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
o Ability to create standard work documents, operational procedures and visual work aids
o Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, supervisors and managers at the site level

o Travel 50% - 75% (as needed)
Top 3-5 must have skills:
Change Management, continuous improvement, process improvement experience
Manufacturing Experience, plant experience or on floor CI experience a huge plus
Six Sigma principles or Six sigma certification

Degree Requirement: 4 year degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
