Our Default Servicing team engages, understands and advises consumer real estate customers of available solutions to resolve mortgage delinquencies.

Responsible for performing a variety of default servicing tasks in keeping with Information Security and ensure compliance in company policies.
Functions include:
Research, identify, post-sort and distribute bankruptcy physical documentation.
Forward payments.
Resolve problems regarding documentation issues.
Notate on spreadsheets.
Research and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Basic
Qualifications: 6
months experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with a pipeline of loans.
At least one year experience working in a rapidly moving, high volume environment.
Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to communicate with internal partners and external customers.
Ability to prioritize workflow tasks and work independently.
This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
Preferred Skills:
Bankruptcy Experience.
LSP, MSP , Pacer, Microsoft Word, Excel and pipeline experience.
Proficient PC, keyboarding and data entry skills, including experience with Windows operating systems.
