Dispatcher Wanted for a Successful Taxi Company covering York County, SC-Carolinas Cab
Job Description:
Answer incoming customer calls, collect necessary information and relay that information to the drivers.
Good phone skills, good customer service skills, ability to quickly make decisions, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Multi-tasking is a necessity on this job.
The ideal candidate is energetic, friendly, confident and professional.
Some computer skills required for simple data entry. Candidate should reside, or have resided, in York County and have some working knowledge of Rock Hill and Fort Mill areas; this is a MUST-no exceptions. You must have reliable transportation and must be able to work any of the following hours Mon-Fri: 3p-12am, 12am-8:30a, Sat/Sun: 7a-3p, 3p-12am, 12am-8:30a.
