We are looking for a quality minded and product focused Quality Coordinator to fill this role after internal promotions have occurred within the Department.
They will coordinate the quality activities on the production floor and provide useful data to the manufacturing teams.
The Quality Control Coordinator ensures all associates are aware of product standards and what they can do to ensure that our products meet our customers' high expectations.
This position reports to the Quality and Lean Operations Manager.

Weekday Nights What You'll Do Here:
Coordinate activities on the manufacturing floor as related to product quality standardsAnalyze customer escapes and address nonconformance's with production managementCollect, document, analyze, investigate, report, and maintain trend analysis of customer complaints associated with product qualityDevelop tools for verifying product quality/adherence to standards and conduct awareness sessions with employeesMaintain and provide metrics to evaluate quality levels and produce concise reports to managerProvide data for process improvement opportunities based on continued analysis and monitoring of process control indicators.
Follow-up on corrective action requests and assist in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actionsConduct classroom and on-the-floor awareness sessions when nonconformities are discoveredValidate material and product changesConduct internal audits of work in process and finished product to verify manufacturing compliance to defined product standards.
Assist with testing, new product launches, and process auditsValidate material and process changesEnsure relevant updates are made to the QMS (document control, calibration records, etc.
)Present quality metric data to management and manufacturing teamsSupport all Lean activities within the sites (i.
e.
lean workshops, kaizens, standardized work)The Skills You'll Bring:
Strong reporting and data analysis skillsCommunicate efficiently with operators and production managementPositive attitude, self-motivated, ability to multitask and set priorities.
Strong computer skills with MS Office and proprietary softwareFlexibility to work alternative shifts as needed.
It is Helpful, but Not Required to Have:
